All pieces officially printed! Now to glue pieces together and begin sanding. I was thinking of using weld-on-16 to join the parts together, unless anyone has any better suggestions. First time gluing sliced up pieces.

What printer are you using? Your pieces are coming out so dang good!!!

Staple welding for joining parts! I use staple welds with adhesives as well, or epoxy backing the seams with the welds. LadyRedCos's Artaius helmet was staple welded with epoxy backed seams and I took a dive in that helmet with no irripairable damage or seam splits. Can't recommend it enough but there's many choices, that's just what I prefer.

Im using an Elegoo Neptune 4 plus. Thank you! Im pretty happy with them for sure, luckily didnt run into too many issues getting everything printed.

Ill def look into staple welds!

I find them easier to use than just plastic welding the entire helmet together. The only difficult part is cutting off the prongs afterwords.
