Buttplate printed out nicely as well.

Just started the left boot. Sized it and just sent the whole thing. If i time this right ill have all pieces for the suit printed by monday morning :3

I look forward to seeing this completed. and to watch you hate your upcoming trip to DOWNTOWN SAND TOWN

What printer are you using? Your pieces are coming out so dang good!!!

Staple welding for joining parts! I use staple welds with adhesives as well, or epoxy backing the seams with the welds. LadyRedCos's Artaius helmet was staple welded with epoxy backed seams and I took a dive in that helmet with no irripairable damage or seam splits. Can't recommend it enough but there's many choices, that's just what I prefer.

Im using an Elegoo Neptune 4 plus. Thank you! Im pretty happy with them for sure, luckily didnt run into too many issues getting everything printed.

Ill def look into staple welds!

I find them easier to use than just plastic welding the entire helmet together. The only difficult part is cutting off the prongs afterwords.

To me, Those seams look solid. But, I'm still working on my first build.

I have 95% of the parts printed and I began assembling. Glue, Epoxy, Welding, and I will go back and add some hot staples in a few places for good measure.

The good: Welding is easier than I expected
The Bad: I have a lot of parts that could have been printed at one piece. Like the Front Chest. One of the breast plates could have been included with the Main underbody & the sleeve gasket. The other breast plate with the front collar and another gasket part. That would be 6 parts printed at 2 parts, assembled with a long complex, easy to brace, seam.

It's all part of the process.
