Luckily, I've had loads of experience with fiberglass, bondo, paint prep and finish, and etc. My father has owned/ran an auto body repair shop for nearly 40 years, so my first job as a teen and for years thereafter was there. My major in college is electrical and computer engineering, so I thought all that auto body experience was just wasted space, until I found this hobby
anyhow, enough rambling, I've never pepped before so here is my first venture into the realm of armor creation:
a little resin on the front
full exterior resin, for some reason this pic makes it look horrible, but it's pretty smooth.
I'm currently applying actual fiberglass to the interior, all but the cardstock shield placeholder. Having a little trouble getting the cloth to lay down back in the end of the visor, even with experience I can't say I've ever had to squeeze into that small an area on a car, any suggestions on this would really help! Let me know what ya'll think!
