Foam Shinobi legs/ shoulders with a Recon chest

Update time! Been very busy the last 2 days. I knocked out the top of the shinobi buttplate, the belly button armor plate of the recon armor, and the shoulder section of the shinobi bicep/shoulders. Tomorrow I am building the bicep ring and resizing my templates for the shinobi thighs so I can hate-build those again. After the new thighs are done I am going to attach the undersuit pieces to the dummy and then it’s time for paint!


The end is finally in sight.

I do like the recon chest with the shinobi. I’ve been planning my H5 build for some time now and it’s always started with the recon chest. Never was a fan of the rest of the armor tho. And I like the shinobi minus the chest. So I think you may have found I winning combo here. I might be steering my build in this direction if it won’t be stepping on any toes using your mash up?

SI3RRA 117 go for it! I love how well it mashes together too. It’s a real shame they limited the customization in Halo 5 and prevented cool combos like this to begin with

Almost done with the major construction on the suit. All thats left is rebuilding the back section of the smaller thighs and the hip pod and then its time to attach the undersuit

So major construction is pretty much finished except for one or 2 small pieces and actually attaching the undersuit. Ill try and do a break down of my process of attaching the undersuit. The next time i show the whole suit together it will be painted and looking all fancy. Anyways heres the suit more or less finished.

Undersuit attachment is half way done!! I have the chest down to the cod/ groin attached and curing before i move on to the shoulders sides and back tomorrow. Heres a shot of the seran wrapped dummy! Its seran wrapped to ensure the maximum amount of contact to the dummy. I will let it cure over night
