I am looking to create a full scale master chief statue for my basement. I have looked around for pepakura files but have been unsuccessful. I figured there was no better place to look than the 405th. I am looking for someone who could possibly make me a pepakura file based on the picture below. I know it is alot to ask but I would be ever so grateful if someone would help me out. Thanks!

Very cool idea. Maybe you could scale up different armor parts and build a 'skeleton' frame in that pose. I will be following this!

Personally a whole file would be very difficult. It would be easier to make a ductape mannequin in whatever pose you want. Then build each part separately then slip them on over the mannequin.

I know what you're planning on doing sounds really cool and I don't want to come off as a dream killer. But hollow pepakura parts have a tendency to sag and warp, which is why you don't see many pepakura weapons. Think of how hard it would be to keep a full sized person like the Chief in its original shape, not mention fiberglassing and rondoing. If you really want the best results for your statue I would recommend going with NoMaybeYes' idea, it's relatively easy to make a ductape mannequin and get it looking the way you want and then just pepping Mk VI parts to put over it. As i said before I think you've got a really cool idea here and I can't wait to see some progress on it.

I third NoMaybeYes's idea, and I agree with S323.

Get a buddy, make a duct tape dummy, and then make all the armor pieces separately.
