hey what's up? so i'm finishing up two halo infinite suits right now, a blue mirage and red mkV, and like always im constantly thinking about future builds. my first ever foam cosplay was an HEV suit from the half-life series, specifically the half-life remake called 'Black Mesa.' my skill with foam has just about tripled since then, and i thought it might be about time to take a jab at an HEV once again!
i'll try to bite the cringe bullet and put some pictures of my old suit here, but only because i want to compare!! i wouldn't show them otherwise ~.~
as you can see, it's pretty alright, but i can do much better now!
(side note, i still have all the pieces to this, and they're all too big for me now! i was so out of shape back then lol)
my current projects definitely take priority right now, but after this year's con season i think im gonna try to work on this. and i'll be doing the first game's suit, cuz i like all the buttons and blinky lights :]
anyways, i need to paint lol, cya
