...back again.
Sorry for the bother, but i have a rather 'useful to alot' question.

Ive been building peps for a while now, like 3 months or something (not the whole time)
And 2 projects of mine were Knives.
Number 1 was one of my first peps, didnt expect it to turn out well anyway BUT it is incredibly flimsy.

Number 2 was this one again, still flimsy but better made. Now heres my question.

Im about to start the handle and guard for Emiles kukiri. I dont want this one to be flimsy.
Ive been told to stick cardboard in it, but the thing is, the handle is round, not squared off.
Any advice?
Thanks in advance!

You planning on resining it? Also, I've seen some people but expanding foam inside peps, just make sure you don't put alot in it, it might rip.

I do plan on resining it, i just presumed i should make it less flimsy before i did...
Expanding foam will most likely be "Not sold here" in ireland (Bloody hardware stores only sell wooden dust resin)
