I keep meaning to post here but I always forget to document my build progress. Here are photos of my first cosplay armor an OC based on Halo Wars Spirit of Fire. Mostly 3d printed using from_the_brink_studios files. It took me 1.5 years to complete working on and off.

Thanks I was too scared to attempt a faux weathering paint job when I first completed it. I have lots of natural patina on it now as I’ve headed to four or five conventions I may be brave enough to paint the rest and seal everything now.
 
Just finished this beauty today. Files by Galactic Armory. It was really fun to build and paint. The ammo counter is something im not 100% satisfied with. Im thinking about putting some LED-Tech inside if find the right size.

While I'm still neck deep in my MC (TV series) build I decided to finish his weapons early in the build .. I know the 2 rifles are not part of the Halo universe but I like them, the X-40A Cobalt Ion Pulse Rifle is just something I made up when I got this wild hair to build a sci fi weapon from scratch ... for those who care, the base frame and barrel are from an old Soviet special forces spear gun I had 'acquired' back in the 1980s ...
The knife is an original design created from reference photos from the TV series ... and the other knifes in the pic are from 2 other cosplay costumes I have, Jayne Cobb from FireFly and Cooper Howard aka 'The Ghoul' from the Fallout TV show
