Halo 1 big blue blast ?

What is that big blue blast of light that comes out of that hole? The second level.

its kinda like a radio transmission i think so parts of the halos can talk to each other. im just guessing so dont quote me.

its a plasma missile. if you attemp to 'hog jump over one, and it launches and hits you, you die :mrgreen: . ive seen it happen

Think its kidda of a combo of both, Those towers fire off some plasama line but i think its for signal purposes.

and if you think about it, its probably not a missile by design, because since its firing into the sky, it would go right at the other side of the halo. or maybey the forerunners hated themselfs, and it WAS actually ment to be a missile :mrgreen:
