I’ve been building the halo 3 AR for the past few days and definitely had gone better then I thought it would, this is my first prop and now I’m onto cleaning it up and a run to home depo for some pipes and small bits and next its painting.

Definitely been a challenge for myself but I really enjoyed it, and I’m definitely going to make more

Gotta love me some foam props! Congrats on your first prop! Very nice

If you want to make it even better, I would like to suggest making sure your blade is nice and sharp! Using a knife sharpener and regularly replacing blades will make sure the knife never gets caught on the foam, and you'll be surprised just how smooth of a cut you'll be able to make!
