I've changed from hot glue to Uhu glue and its made huge difference this EOD helmet came out really clean

405th - Halo Costuming the file archive try scale the height to like 295mm-300mm as i found the default is too small

I've fully rebuilt the helmet now as it was way to big I'm now up to the bondo stage

Looks awesome. I didn't bother with bondoing my helmet so it's a little janky. But can just say that's battle damaged haha

Planning just to use a pair of gold sunglasses hopefully they fit

They probably will, if not, you could probably use larger flat lense ones and use a heat gun to make the curve. By the way, when quoting, you need to keep the bracket on the end of the last quote tag like this: [/QUOTE], and then type your message underneath
