We're making a wall for conventions. Some problems we've found is wood splitting so well grabbed extra brackets to keep it together.
The assembly is 4 12ft wood beam cut into 8 ft and 4ft beams. We then cut the 4 ft beam to 45 inches and use a bracket to keep the two beams together. We added hinges to make storage and transport easier. We noticed a problem with the hinges not sitting flush. So we got a dremel and made an indent for the hinges to sit flush.

The idea was a backdrop that I thought I could easily do, I’m having my little sister do most the work on it but seeing as most of our cosplayers in the PNW like to dress as ODSTs I thought it’d be fitting to try and make an ODST backdrop, currently waiting till next weekend to paint the front side but if anyone ever sees the backside of the booth they might chuckle.
