if there wasnt a fail or a moment where you ask yourself "is it the right size?" did you ever 3D printed a helmet before? XD
progress update, 1/2 of the helmet is printed and Felipe06 and I were worried of the sizing, so that happened:

trying to figure out the final size compared to my fred helmet
the dremel is your best friend! The worst is when you print a full helmet, go to put it on and you remember that you have ears as they get stuck on the way in. Best of luck to you both!
CLAP YOUR HANDS IF YOU BELIEVEit'll be fine, gotta stay optimistic xD
CLAP YOUR HANDS IF YOU BELIEVE
Looking good gents, can't wait to see the finished product on this one.
Out of curiosity, this is a "Felipe06's head" friendly helmet right haha ?
bloody hope so, i dont wanna reprint that helmet, it's a lot of filament hahaYes, it's a Felipe friendly helmet xD
there is a small amount of warping, but it's not as bad as the picture seem, it's only holding with tape at the moment, so the peices arent laying properly on each othersIs it possible that the heated bed has a hot spot and is warping the base as it's printing?
If this doesn't work it's time to start sanding down Felipe06Quick update to let you guys know where ive been on the making of Felipe06 security helmet, turns out, it has really wanky proportions, so even if it was plenty wide enough, the rounded part of the topof the helmet is totaly diffrent then most helmets shapes. so instead of 25.5cm we made it 7.78% bigger to put it at a total of 27cm wich is wider then my spartan Fred helmet at 26.5cm and Felipe's mark V at 25.5 or 26cm. so it makes this helmet the widest we've made, for the sole reason to fit a regular hed in it, so hopefully, this one will be a Felipe friendly helmet!

Heretic, this is not the way of this group...pretty sure it wasn't going to fit most people without showing their chin xD

No need armorsmith, if you could see it in real life you'll know that it's better! stille this helmet is practicly a sphere and not longer on one axie like the others, but it will fit, it's big enough now! (i will add images to this post in an edit soon)Assuming the head model in armorsmith is properly proportioned, Security V2 looks promising:
