- Come and enjoy the time with tabletop RPG gamers from the Halo: Ground Command and Halo: Fleet Battles by Spartan Games. Although it is a retired game, the community has kept it alive by producing custom models and high quality resin printers to create tabletop scenery and miniatures. Battle Barn, located in Martinsville, IN, is hosting an event to celebrate the community's tenacity for keeping the game (and its spinoff!) alive!
COVID-19 Requirements:
- Event Holder recommends either vaccination before the event, or quarantine/testing to ensure safety of all patrons. Mask is NOT required to be worn on site or during games, and is purely discretionary.
Date (in EST):
- June 25: 12am till tired June 26th: 10am till tired June 27th: 10am - 2pm
Location:
- Battle Barn, 1424 Lincoln Hill Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151-7266
- Event capacity is recommended for up to 30 people around 12 tables. Capacity is flexible however, and will allow more within reason.

Event Information:
- There is a $20 gate-fee that goes to the owner for graciously hosting; extra goes to printing/building table terrain. This is a one-time expense for participants.
-Event is being held indoors primarily, but option for outdoor tables has been offered as well as access to on-site food storage/grilling apparatus. Equipment can be locked up in the main event floor each night or in separate storage if necessary. There are also areas outside of the building we have been welcomed to use for either breathers like frisbee/photos/etc.
- Event hosts have also offered to 405th members full kits to participate in either Fleet Battles or Ground Command at no expense to members; and will have on-site player guidebooks and cards for open use to all participants. You may also contact Noble and he may be able to work with special print requests.
- The 405th will have their own table and are providing a Photo Op backdrop, Standing Promo Banner and Table Banner, and may provide promotional cards or display pieces to be shown at the event. Costumes are welcome as always, but not required for this event.

- 10 double queen bed rooms have been reserved. Reservation dates are Thursday, June 24th - Sunday, June 27th, 2021. $130/night after discount, before tax. (Gov't employees get and add'l discount w/ID). Any unfilled room will be released back to the public May 23rd, 2021.

Dinner Plans:
- There are currently plans for breakfast each morning whether it be donut runs or small food offerings. Site offers a toaster, coffee pot, and fridge for food storage as well as grilling capability. There are dinner plans in talks, but may be decided after the first evening of the event.
- There are a couple bars locally to the event, and participants are allowed to bring beverages to the event as long as they are 21+ and can act appropriately.
