bungie is creative, and microsoft wanted to make a lot of money and needed a PS2 killer.

i agree, PS2 was one of the best selling consoles and had a no fee membership to online gaming...something that xbox and microsoft didn't have. in reality, this is why they still make PS2 games and stopped making original xbox games, because PS2 was a great impact back then in 2002'ish and now, they mass produce things for 360 and nothing is ever exclusive for PS3 or PS2 anymore, with few exceptions such as God of War and God of War 2...did u know that mostly every 360 game is like 10 bucks more than the PS3 and PS2 games? and PS3 and PS2 games are very closely priced? something to think about

lol, damn ur right, in THAT case, please do your own research, stuff isnt always going to be handed to you when you ask, forums are one of the FEW places on earth where a 5th grader, 10th grader, and 30 yearolds can interact w/out preset social boundries, use this to prove ur mautrity. and stop asking questions that u should know if u read a little.

Although the ps2 had good games, it lacked in online gaming, there were only say 50 games out of 1000 that had online gaming, and most of them were sports games like hockey or nba, or racing games like burn out revenge, the xbox had a larger online community, but now with the ps3 and xbox360 having nearly all games come out with online play, the communities are both very large. the nintendo wii having some games with online play still lacks, because of their friend code system, you can only play your friends and have to meet up to play, by calling them on the phone or emailing them to meet up ingame. The random play feature is also lacking, you play someone random with similar ranking/skill, but you cannot add them as your friends because you cant speak with them, and you cant see their friend code.

Why am I talking about systems online communities in a forum about halo armor,,...I dont know, but the topic swerved this way.
