With recent changes to my availability I am now interested and looking to be there

Sense we will have almost full rain over the building and property (as long as my wife is on site). We can easily coordinate a time or a few times to take pictures,

The proper's has a large empty field behind it and it is an industrial complex with industrial equipment inside so it may be cool to take pics inside (we can do with and without lights on)

I didn't realize there were more 405th people in Columbus that is a nice surprise. I don't have any 360 era equipment anymore otherwise I would contribute. MCC LANs are a bit more fussy with MS accounts and guest limitations so I get it. I'd be happy to visit and meet some local people though if there is room.

Members that want to bring their armor are welcome to do a photo shoot. On discord I think we just discussed taking pictures of the event for Fallen and everybody else to see.

You can invite them to the party. We have a good idea of how many of us will be there now and it won't be close to 16.
There also will be the photo shoot and crafting to free up controllers if that is an issue.

Yes i believe Columbus has roughly 6 locals not including you (sense i don't know exactly where you are).

I think I'm going to smoke a turkey. I have a spare one in and no time the wife and i are going to make it. so i think ill do it for all of us.

so far i think i only have 2+ on my end. so we are looking at 6 people.

For set ups. we have 2 TV's in the break room 1 TV in the conference room, and a few other TV's around the building we could use (not sure which others will be the most comfortable to use).

I have an Xbox and an Xbox 360 with all of the halos. We are going to need a but load of batteries and i think i have enough for at least my controllers i can look over that tonight.

As of right now, I should be there for a little bit.
I'm truthfully now really one for the LAN, aside from maybe Firefight, but am interested and taking and getting photos and assisting with any crafting.

Hello All,

My wife has taken this opportunity do do more of one of her favorite things which is host events. She has decided that she is going to make a dinner for all of this. Which also includes she is inviting the spouses of some of the friends i had already invited.

What this means.

• There will be a few more people that i directly knew that i previously expected.
• I will still be smoking the turkey but i will be planning for it to be ready more towards dinner time instead of when ever it was done.
• My wife will be making some sort of potato's (probably mashes) and bread pudding with berries.
• No one has to nor are you expected to ; bring food for it or required to stay for it.
• You area all more then welcome to it if you please.

If you want to stay for it and you have dietary restrictions feel free to DM me and we can attempt to account for them.

Everyone who is non 405th that is coming is aware that there will be cosplayers and are aware of the cosplay theme.

The LAN party group will still have to figure out our own snacks or lunch as a group of individually.

Sense this has gotten largen then i expected it to and i have always wanted to try it. i am now pondering the idea of smoking some eggs while the turkey smoked. i hear they are like hard boiled eggs but with a smokey flavor and that sounds amazing to me.

If you have any issue with or questions about all this please feel free to messaged me on the forums or on discord. I do not wish to discourage anyone from coming with this update. I also cant tell my wife no as she's letting us use her space for it.

Where to work will be a question but i don't see why now. i would ask the wife but she's been busy today.

The wife has said that we will be ok to do crafting under some very basic guidelines.

1) we clean up our mess.
2) we keep is local and only use your own brought tools.
3) she may ask you to sign a basic waiver depending on what kind of work and where you are doing it. (sense your on the company property they don't want to be held liable for you hurting your self). She will provide those if she deems it necessary.

none of that will be necessary if your just hanging out.
