The Great Lakes Battalion is hosting a 4-16 player LAN party to play the first couple of Halo games together. Billeybob250 has offered to have us at his wife's workshop. It has 2 large break room TVs, 1 large conference room TV, and a few other office TVs all connected to a router. Controllers, Xbox 360s, and Halo copies will have to be
provided, which shouldn't be a problem.


A few rules since this will be on company property off hours

1) we clean up our mess.
2) we keep it local and only use your own brought tools.
3) she may ask you to sign a basic waiver depending on what kind of work and where you are doing it. (sense your on the company property they don't want to be held liable for you hurting your self). She will provide those if she deems it necessary.

none of that will be necessary if your just hanging out.


Date and Time: Saturday January 31st. The earliest you can be their is 9am. Billeybob will be there to get things started and I will arrive around 10.

Additionally, we have an Xbox 360 and a lot of controllers, alongside a couple copies of several of the games. Might not be able to bring it all, but we’ll see as it gets closer.
Elmo would probably drive me, and Goro might tag along

Well then i need a ride from my house to the event and I'm gonna need a ride back. so you are gonna have to stay all day.

Tentative, I also have the Halo Reach and Halo 4 Xbox 360's with controllers and plenty of Halo copies that I could bring whether they're needed or not.

For food, could kick it with the usual that goes with game parties, dare I say ol' reliable : Pizza

Regarding food, pizza and Doritos is probably the safe bet. Maybe some soda options (such as Sprite, root beer, Orange Crush, etc.)

I could also see if I can bring some homemade chocolate chip cookies if people are interested. And toffee to snack on

On the Discord there was a mention of possibly also doing a small photoshoot. I'm not sure how much availability I'll have that day, but I would be interested in participating in that portion at the least, if that does happen. I can also provide some extra props and Covenant weapons for folks to use if we do.
