Halo Reach Armour Build

How Can i make halo armour? the pepakura is confusing to me and i have no cardstock or printer.Can i make it out of eva foam? and also would i need to resin and fiberglass it?

Hey man, welcome to 405th and yes you can use EVA. Check my signature below and I have a tutorial link and link to my build so you can get some ideas together. Also check out Drack. He has lots of foam builds and a tutorial which is a bit more comprehensive than mine
