I would use two coats of resin on the outside, gives you something to sand into for those small paper lines. The regular filler will be harder/better. Yes you need 80-200 grit sand paper I use up to 400 if I want a really smooth finish. Primer/sand repeat till you have the finish you want. I use a primer filler at this step to fill in all the small lines and/or pits. Then paint, this you should take some time to come up with what you want it to look like. Looking at you're helmet you probably can get away with very little bondo work, Nice pep job by the way.:)
I hope this was helpful.

Yep thank you.
I was already thinking of using normal body filler on the helmet.
If I put body filler everywhere outside it will be harder to work on the small pieces right?
In that case can't just put 4 layer of resin on them?

Damn, I feel like a kid during the night of the 25th December, waiting 'till morning to open gifts ehehehe, last time I felt like that was soo much time ago hehehehe.

Yesterday I finished cutting the chest pieces and started to glueing but only 30 mins of work.

If you use filler everywhere at once yes it will be a pain to sand/shape. If you use small amounts on small space/areas at a time it works better. A good way to spread filler is to use a playing card to spread it thinly and evenly.

As for 4 layers on the outside you could do that, but it would still be very thin.

I personally used 2 coats resin on the outside 1 coat resin inside. Then 1 coat rondo inside. From there I just sand down into the rondo to smooth out the corners and make my rounds. Then do light touch ups to the surface if needed. I try NOT to do any bondo/filler work. As for the light paper marks you can fix them in the paint work by using primer and primer-filler, then sand the ruff spots smooth.

Now some people use the rondo in a thin coat then resin and cloth over that. This method takes practice in knowing just how much rondo you need for the rounds and is a way to make it a little lighter. Well that's it for now. If you have any more questions just let me know.

Thank you very much every answer I get and more I learn about the job I'll have to do.

Well, it's too cold right now even if the days are sunny... but I'll put the filler on the large surfaces and as for the tiny ones I'll try the rondo method (I'll look around for a tutorial that I have already seen).

Bondo is stronger than Rondo but it is easier to crack and less flexible right?

I am confused eheheh, you sanded the paper until you reached the rondo?
So you haven't used fiberglass on the inside?

What he is saying is to sand down the sharp edges to make them more round. You some times will have to sand down to the rondo in order to do this. The smoother the surface is, ie, rounding the corners, the less body filler you will have to use. A dremel with a sanding drum makes quick work of getting rid of sharp edges, if you have one that is. Otherwise, you can always sand them down with a sander or even by hand, just takes longer. I hope this helps clear things up a bit. Best of luck with your project!:)

Yep, the back is gonna be a pain in the *** XD, the only problem is finding time to work on my suit, girlfriend, work, friends, brother and 360... haven't found a full day to spend working on the suit so far... only 19 days of holidays left out of 20 this year, don't know where to put them right now...

Here's what I've done yesterday evening!
I'm so proud of myself hehehehe, this didn't took me much time but the back will be a harder work...
