you've got some pretty neat pep skills going on there. very clean work indeed. you should have very little to clean up to do once you've got the resin on it, and not much filler either. i don't even think i saw any warping. well done, keep up the amazing work...

Thanks, but it looks a bit unconfortable when I put it on, the arms can't bend right but I think when I'll put some padding there wouldn't be problems.

Sorry I've been doing other things like driving lessons and Xbox 360 lately, I'll be back as soon as possible!

what i will say is when resining the chest and larger pieces do a small ish section at a time, i did all mine together and the added weight plus soaking into the card meant it fell apart

Ok, but you mean when I use resin and fiberglass cloth or when I just resin the piece? There shouldn't be problems giving a coat of resin on the entire chest, or am I wrong?

Thx but how do I attach the little knee piece on the shin? I only made one shin until now.
Yet I'm going to make a thigh but there's only one halo reach thigh or there are other versions (cause I could find only Brandon McClain's pep...)

As for the little knee piece I glued that on while still in pep form. To do this you will have to cut a little of the paper trim. The big knee cap I used foam padding that runs all the way up from my shines to the knee:cool

Well, now I'm thinking about the back spine, Thorn, have you done one already or you used a normal undersuit?
