Halo Reach ODST EVA build

Hey guys recently I made ODST armor out of foam using Andrew DFT's templates and videos.

I followed them to the T.

Only issue is I did not like the foam helmate, I was gonna make it with pep like I have done before but didn't want to do all the work.

So I made some modifications to the top of the helmet to make it not look so "square" and made it more rounded off on top. In turned out okay but in turn made it to small on top.

Overall looks pretty good from far away lol

Still not finished, need to get the straps and want to add some extras here and there.

And possibly re do the helmate

Need to make a visor for it as well, looking for like water bottle type plastic to make it out of and then apply some limo tint but not sure we're to get the plastic

Just one question, How did you manage to make the top of the helmet more rounded?

On this piece I beveled the back side of it and did the little crease thing there instead of believing the edges.

Im struggling myself to get my helmet to how I want it (Looks abit thin and square on the top) but apart from that Andrews templates have worked wonders for me.

How did you decide on your colour scheme?
