Hardend helmet too small! So I stretched it

So I tought this might help some one out there, and if it dose then great! So I made a second scout helmet useing the same file and scale factor, but it came out alittle small. So I decided to push forward. After hardening it,it fit alittle tight. So I used my dremal to cut the back half and then put a washer to space it out. Taped it off and rondoed the gap.
