I'm a new cosplayer. Someone at a con told me about this website, and I thought it'd be nice to have better resources for making armor in the future.
My last cosplay was my first Halo armor set. It was a half-decent O.D.S.T., full-foam (minus the helmet base and visor), and painted dark-ish grey spray primer over everything but the masked areas like the camo on the thigh plates and the visor. I'm not super happy with it, mostly due to the build quality causing the elbow pads to break and the thigh armor to rub up against the knee pad, causing it to take damage.
I was introduced to Halo via Reach on MCC, and since then, I've bought 3: ODST, which is why that's what I chose to make. I think I also tried Infinite back in the day but I only remember having it in my library...
My favorite game out of the two would probaby be Reach, but its still a hard decision. I love the story and characters of both.
My other hobbies are primarily painting 40k, drawing, and I play a little guitar on the side.
I think according to the website I am a part of the pacific regiment, but I don't know any of the specifics.
