Help Redirecting My Warped Edges?

It is out of align ment, and FYI, its alot smoother and finished than in this pic.

I just need an expert to give me ideas on how i would pull it back into place.

Yes i want the grooves to match, the helmet and the faceplate dont line up. Any advice for the faceplate amd helmet to be matching again
