Hi, welcome to the 405th!

There aren't any mandatory events for all members, some members even just join for the community.
You can join a regiment that may have local events (meet ups at cons, etc) after 90 days on the forum and 50 messages. Regiments are local groups, there's European, Southwest, Australian, Canadian, Colonial, Midwest, Mountain, New Zealand, Pacific, Mexican and Singapore.
