Homade Plastic?

wtf? wierd. but it does sound promising. but not for Mjolnir Armor, layers would have to be quite thick, and it probably stinks like uncured resin once you get it into the sun.

still, i wouldn't want to put anyone of, and there are some real gems on instructables. this could be one.

its sounds a little smelly, but for reinforcment wise, why not try throwing some fiberglass cloth in there?
i couldnt find any milk plastic pictures of the finished product tho, except for one that looked kinda like poop? it was yellow and crusty and didnt look like it held up to good. The stuff would also still be wet after drying it off with a paper towel, and it would probably make your pep model all soggy

I've tried it, it doesn't work as well as you might think.
use styrofoam and acetone instead, its way harder than this stuff

Styrofoam and acetone huh.. sounds intresting. Is it toxic? Ive been in search for the best non toxic alternative to resin and fiberglass. It would be cool to just magically aply non toxic stuff maybe spray onto the pep and voila a hard helm/ armor piece.

Talk to skull candy girl, she gets stuff called aqua resin, you add water to it, and it's non toxic. You can even make bondo out of it by adding less water and making it into a putty.

Cool aqua resin and a possible bondo combination, I like it. This definatly sounds more promising than milk and vinegar. ill look into it more. wanna make the right dissition first. :)
