You should spend some more time reading good sir!the only feasible way to start with a pep model and end with a plastic product is to mold and cast. So once you have your pep model made, you lightly coat it with fiberglass resin. Let that layer cure, then drill a few small holes in it (because it is such a thin item), and pour some more resin into the model. Once thay is cured, you can sand and smooth the model using body filler. When your model is up to your expectations, it is time to mold it and cast it out of urethane casting resin. I won't go into detail on the molding and casting processes, as I am not super familiar with them, but there is a ton of info on how to do it on this site.
