always wondered what the most jacked spartans in this place where lol, ill start it off with a couple pictures from the other week, dont mind the greasy hair our water tank was gettin replaced n I couldnt shower.
also I need a new workout plan i'm tryna get back in the gym i'm only goin like once or twice a week now and i can see how much muscle I've lost so if anyone got any suggestions that would help out a lot
