how to add things to the bottom of your posts?

I know what your thinking now "gosh this guy is such a noob." but would you please help and tell me how add those weird pictures and words to the bottom of every post you make.

Make sure the picture is .png .jpeg or .gif for it to properly show.

To add a signature look at the toolbar near the top of the forums:

Logged in as: Yourname ( Log Out ) My Albums · My Controls · View New Posts · My Assistant

-Click on My Controls
-On that next page, scroll down until you see the 'Personal Profile' heading there on the left side
-Just below Personal Profile, click on Edit Signature
-Insert whatever ya want, like the picture, as Frost described.

Adding to the noobishness here, how do alot of ya'll get that armor progress on there? I went to that thar site many of you use to get the progress images, but all it did was save the image to my hard disk... Now the really newby part... Now how do I turn that image into a nifty signature?
