I Ate A Super Glue Chip.

Okay, I was super gluing and I didn't wear gloves. I ate a burger and a chip of super glue got on the burger and I swallowed it. My mouth feels weird and I have the taste of super glue in my mouth. Will I be okay?

Im sure your body will handle it. Just try to wash it out of your system. Drink plenty of water until you have to go to the washroom (#1 or #2) and after that, you should be fine. Just keep an eye on yourself for the next few days, and if anything that shouldn't be happening starts to happen, see a doctor and get it checked out.

jk just chest the label of the superglue, most are non-toxic as long as your doesn't have some DO NOT EAT EVER!!! sign on it, i think you will be fine

Actually, It probably depends how much you ate... Did you eat a lot? Did you only eat a small little flake (Something the size of the top af a small pen cap)? Did you eat a whole 10 gallon can?

LOL, I have to do that. I was just so hungry. But it was only a small flake. A little smaller than a dime.

With all honesty, unless you have some serious health issues, that shouldn't do prety much no, if not than very little damage. Im sure once it went down the first 2 cm of your throught it desolved and your body is currently powning that glue. Give it 2-3 hours and there will be nothing left of it in your system.

Superglue was used in Vietnam (and modern times) to fill in bullet holes, sever cuts, gashes, etc.

I'm almost positive you'll be fine.

Its just a habit, something is wrong, and some of the smartest people alive are on the internet, along with some of the dumbest. People gain wisdom from asking questions and making mistakes, in my opinion. But, meh.

I have to agree with saliva, I don't think it will hurt you. I know several people that have sealed up cuts with glue and duct tape lol, they're all fine.

Lmao, you're fine, as long as you don't eat anymore, and drink plenty of fluids (water would be the most sensible choice)

I have some extraneous medical training, and it is my opinion that you are in no danger at all. The worst thing that might happen is you get some super glue in your mouth. Then just rub it off or wait 1 or 2 days.
