So, you planing to make the whole suit? Personaly, Im working on mine too, but no helmet until I feel like making one.

i used 69 inches (no jokes plz). i cant remember what i did to scale it exact but took the 69 in. and divided by 2.5. it gave 27.6 inches. the original file is 29 inches. also when i wear the helmet my eyes reach the top of the visor area and my nose reaches the middle once u add the fiber glass mat and the cushion your eyes would be almost centered with the middle of the visor.

hopefully this week if my lazy butt can get to home depot or walmart.lol jk im a very active young child who drives his parents crazy daily. i just have to get my mom to bring me their a day shes not at school or working. also pooper i wanna see your helmet when its completed. Edit- maybe i can get 3 helmets done before you make 1 pooper 
LOL! I don't doubt it... Having to work and take care of my girlfriend is pushing me back (which is not a bad thing). my neighbors now think i am crazy. i was taking a shower saw and when i was finished i looked out the window and saw my helmet fell off teh worktable into the grass. i ran out with out thinkng wearing only a towel, and putting baby powder on my hands. so the moral of the story is think before you react to something that minor.

Although, just because i'm in anatomy at the moment, I'd like to point out that the arm piece you have is, in reality, your forearm and not your bicep. Your bicep would be on the upper arm.
