I'm confused

I've been reading the tuts for resining and fiberglassing but the fiberglassing has me confused. Some people say to glass the inside and others say out. Which is it? Can you just resin it or is fiberglass necessary?

You should only resin the inside because you'll lose detail if you resin the outside. and you have to use fiberglass, resin just makes it harder, fiberglass adds strength.

If you fiberglass the outside, you will have a heck of a time detailing it later... Fiberglass&Resin the inside, after putting a layer or two of Resin only outside..

with these two replies. I found this out today too. Resin the outside twice, and fiberglass the inside as many times as you need too.
