I had a lot of work and classes to catch up on after con season (C2E2, ACEN, Combo Breaker), but I thought it would be nice to introduce myself to this forum and group. Very excited to be here!

What do you hope to learn here?: New costume-making techniques (maybe make a Halo 3 Brute Minor cosplay someday), meeting new friends, and discovering new cosplay communities.
Have you built/made a costume before?: Yes! I've been cosplaying since 2013 and working with foam, hot glue, elastic bands, cardboard, and paints since 2015! I've made a couple of Halo costumes in the last few years.
Do you belong to any other costume communities? If so, which one(s)?: Besides RPF, this is the second costume community I am a part of.
Other: One cosplay goal is to make at least one costume per my top 5 favorite fandoms: Godzilla, Star Wars, Halo, Transformers, and Jurassic Park, and I plan to return to making convention reviews, cosplay tutorials, stop motion, and toy history videos.

thats great i will be watching to see how you make this come to life,and take your time some of us have spent 6 months to 2yrs working on our armor so do think you have to get it done in 2 months just think it out and jot down your note it will help in the long run.

Yeah, I’m gonna start off small. I have a beret, some tactical gear, a couple air soft pistols, some combat boots, and a few articles of clothes that might work. The armor might have to wait, but I’ll take a look at what I can do
