Hello Fellow Halo Members
Mine name is Thomas Soltis, I am a state employee, Officer Candidate for the PA National Guard and a World War Re-enacting fro 10 years. I am interested in looking for a group of Halo Cosplayers to join. I am an FNG to the whole cosplaying, tho I been doing WWII re-enacting for 10 years. That’s where my experience is in so far. With my wwII re-enacting I have been operating as the communication officer for the website (www.508pir.com). In that group we have been on two history channel programs and have a book published on us.
