here is an up date on my helm.ive used a thin mache just to cover the air pockets from the foam spray.ive now started to mock up the helm.next will be reinforce iside of shell.

haha shouldve read your last post. I guess you know what paper machee is huh.

Finally something I know how to use paper machee the whole thing.
if you dont know what paper machee is:

take 1 part elmers glue and 1 part water. then take paper cut into strips (yesterdays news) stick paper into glue water and stick onto the helm. thisll make a nice protective layer. Id make sure to keep it smooth though. also use printer paper as the final paper machee coat so you cant read about a shooting when you look at your helm.

I will put up detailed pics of my wiring 4 leds 1 12volt cpu fan 2 switches a 9.6 volt rechargable with no need for resistors.will run solid 36 hrs or more on 1 charge
