i had a bit of trouble on the top cuz i was closing it up any way i could do that easier? i thought maybe start with the smaller stuff then get on with the larger parts

You can leave one face open, you'll have to pour Rondo in there after all. Or whatever other material you want to use.

so say once i get the whole gun finished, i leave on part open to pour the rondo in then close it up?

You should resin the outside first, but yes, basically that's the idea.

Yes. But if you use too much, you'll blow the model up.

heres the way i see it: there is no real easy way to do this. i have tried countless times on this pep and this model never worked. if you can, the best way to do it is to not fiberglas it, but resin it and make a latex mold. then cut in in half and make a fiberglass shell. then use plastic.
