Marine Fatigues

I am thinking about making a costume based off of the Halo 1 gray fatigue uniform seen in the level "Halo".

Which would end up in the end to be $114.82 without tax, not counting the price of material and ect. for modification. And I still need to find a good picture of the blue things on the chest of the uniform.

Is this a decent price for the costume?

ya dude those are actually relativly cheap prices. considering real service boots are about $100 alone and fatigues are nearly $30 for top and $30 for bottom.

If you want some basics, its $20 for BDUs and $20 for boots.

the army surplus store in my area is very cheap, a pair of boots for 10 bucks

You may be being ripped off, Surplus is the stuff they don't use, so they sell it to the public for a good price, and 100 bucks for a pair of boots is ridiculous, unless they're red wings, which are mainly the most well build shoe/boot

congrats, command of a squad is awesome, back to topic the black pockets seem a little wierd, you can get a tan vest and blacken the mag pouches by sharpie or other means
