I actually am redoing my forearms currently using a medium-def pep file I found off the database. The high-def upper arms are a huge pain to pep, so I made that switch to save time and make it easier to build.
The decal paper can be fed through any printer. So, the sharpness depends solely on how high-quality of an image you print onto it. If you are going to go with decals, make sure you buy the decal bonding spray that comes with it. The spray gives the decals thickness and reduces tearing. Make sure you also get decal paper that works with whatever printer you use. If you want the images I used for mine, PM me your email and ill shoot them over to you.
