master chief boot resizing

Morning all got abit of a problem...ive managed to get the pepakura designer program and have been messing about with the mark 5 boot resizing but i have size 13 shoes and no matter how much i try the soles of the boots still seem to be to large and from the heal to the toe pieces there seems to be a massive gap...can anyone please advise on what i can do to resolve this please.

When I sized my boots, I measured the widest part of the heel and arch on my shoe and made sure it would fit inside the dimensions of the modeled boot.
