I know we have the excel spreadsheet for hotel rooms, but I'd like to put out there that I have an extra room available if someone wants to take it over, and there is an extra bed in the room my husband and I will be in if there's another couple or someone comfortable with mixed gendered rooms.

AugmentedHuman013 has been our contact with the show runners of the event, but all of the Southern staff is involved and happy to answer any questions you may have. As far as booth watch, there is a tab on the spreadsheet for the event for booth watch cycles, but I don't believe we have started to flesh that out quite yet. We will most likely start that process in the next couple of weeks.

Update, I went ahead and snagged 3 seperate rooms. One at the Hilton, one at the Rosen Center, and one at the Rosen plaza.

Spots in these rooms will be up for grabs if necessary and cost can be split. If spots aren't taken I will simply cancel the reservations that are not needed.

There are definitely spots in 2 of the rooms, but as of right now no one else is in those rooms. This means the cost wouldn't be split until there are others in them.

What are the rates for them? And proximity to your guys room and the con? I may still be interested, I know a few Spartans in my local fireteam mentioned MegaCon so I’ll run it by them too!

So the rooms are at host hotels. One is the Rosen Center and the other is at the Hilton. I don't have the rates off hand atm, but I know it was approx $290 for the entire stay if split 4 ways. I cns get you the exact when im a bit more stationary here in a bit
