AugmentedHuman013 has been our contact with the show runners of the event, but all of the Southern staff is involved and happy to answer any questions you may have. As far as booth watch, there is a tab on the spreadsheet for the event for booth watch cycles, but I don't believe we have started to flesh that out quite yet. Hey Drim, I’m trying to see if I can fit it in this year I would totally be interested in splitting a hotel room if there’s still spots?Update, I went ahead and snagged 3 seperate rooms. One at the Hilton, one at the Rosen Center, and one at the Rosen plaza.
Spots in these rooms will be up for grabs if necessary and cost can be split. If spots aren't taken I will simply cancel the reservations that are not needed.

Is there any requirements on what level member I am?To all who are coming to MegaCon (and those still on the fence) - I would like to make "in-world" Handler shirts for each individual who has/wants to commit to helping those of us in armor over the course of the weekend.
This is a front and back example of what I want to do (Spartan Version), with the new ones getting some refinements.

Back Front
The ODST version will replace the Spartan Logo on the front with the UNSC logo, and the sleeve hit will be replaced with the ODST logo, to (semi) match the styling of the shirts seen in the "We are ODST" trailer. The back will have "ODST" in large font, with "UNSC Special Forces" in small lettering. (Or your battalion/fireteam/left blank, if desired)
If you are confirmed as joining us for Megacon and are willing to commit to a few hours of helping around the booth with water, armor donning/doffing/issues, making sure armored individuals don't bump into people, etc, please put your information into this sheet, and I will bring you a shirt! The form has columns for the customization I plan to do - please fill out every field. If I don't have all the info, I will default to a Spartan Affiliated, no rank shirt.
Each shirt will have a default rank next to the customized name
Spartan Affiliated Handler: Major
Spartan out of armor: Captain or Deployment Identification Number (DIN)
ODST Affiliated Handler: Gunnery Sergeant
Out of Armor ODST: Sergeant or Staff Sergeant + DIN
I will supply the shirts and materials so I can have them ready to wear on the day of. If you are willing and able to donate to help me offset the cost of the shirts (about 7 dollars per shirt) that would be greatly appreciated!
I look forward to seeing everyone at Megacon, and thank you in advance to the Handlers that will be joining us!
