Megaman X - Vile Helmet

So, this is a bit different but it's armor all the same. I currently have plenty of eva foam, poster board, plasti-dip, and all that whatnot and I'd like to make this helmet for Vile ASAP since the con I am going to is so soon. Now, I've made a Cutman costume before in which I used fiberglass atop a ball, then popped the ball and used a dremel to carve the shape of the helm out- but this is different. The shape of Vile's helmet is strange. It narrows toward the hole in the bottom and bubbles at the top in the back. I have a figure of him which I am using for reference and so far I have been messing around with posterboard to see what sort of a shape I can get but to no avail. So, have any of you a decent way I can make this helmet? I have searched for Pepakura with no luck and I'm not entirely sure how to mess with those anyway. But, I am willing to put a few more dollars out and am hoping to make this thing look amazing.
