well just like they used covie technology on the mk v they probably used hunter tech on those suits... idk mabye just a guess

If hunters had any real tech, that'd make sense, but as they're just a gestalt worm colony, that doesn't fit.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd bank on a Ackerson NavSpec tech based from the mjolnir concept.
