Hey 405th! =D

I know how most of you want to try to make your own 3-D models and just can't follow complicated steps!

I just discovered a great way to model your models!

First, watch this video, and get 'inspired'. xD

The programs he uses is Maya Z-Brush, and 3DS Max.

BUT, the program he is currently using in the video above is Maya.

The way he builds his models is from something I call the 'Dice' method. He takes pictures from (most of the time) 5 sides and then develops the 'mold'

according to the shapes in the 4~5 pictures.

I know I'm not an expert, and since I just started modeling as well,

experts of 405th, if you have any better programs or ways people can develop models from these two programs,

please feel free to edit this post or add a reply! =D

P.S. Squirc's channel is full of tutorials you can follow step by step!

From modeling, to animating! So, have fun!

All credits go to Squirc! =D

Thanks for reading!

its a solid proven method but generally its just 2 images used,.. generally top&side or Front and top,.. its really hard to find 5 pictures from different sides of a picture that match up when your huntng for general reference images
