I’d like to see a black wash on the Joshua tree. I’m the odd ball of the group I guess or maybe I’m color blind. But I see the Joshua tree as the closest. Just needs to be dumbed down a bit. I bet the matte paint will actually suck in a lot of black and change the color a bit.

Honestly yeah, mattes typically soak in more of the acrylic wash in comparison. Might be worth a try!

I started to do the mold for the abs section of my suit I am going to do a video on this from start to finish and odst it to you tube and then I will put the link in here in my post sho those who want to follow along can. Remember im notr a master mold maker but I have done a lot of them over the years. But I will up load the video I have so far in the morning after work. But here is a picture to hold you over till the morning.

i will be doing the mother mold for the abs tonight i will post the video after im done. if anyone has any question feel free to ask i dont bite.

i will be using latex for the test pull because it is cheaper than the dragon skin, and this way i can see if i have to do any tweeking to the mold before the dragon skin goes in

ok i have fractured my foot around the ankle area so yes i have a cast on it and man it slows me down something bad. but i am still working on thing and still doing some projects for some other people and i just want them to know i will finish the items. but i have to go a little slower and the pain pills they gave me make me a little sleepy from time to time. but my goals are what they have always been i want to be in my armor and painted before feb. 2021 so i will keep pushing forward.

now my next question is for those who have built chest armor what have you found to attach the front to the back i have a idea but would like feed back of what you have done with your chest armor....
