Really nice foamwork! I can speak from personal experience to say that buckles to connect the two lower sides on the chest beneath the arms are a must to get in and out of the armor easily. Also applying some reflective film over the visor makes the helmet look a ton better and is really cheap. Let me know if you have any questions, I’m sure me or someone else can answer them.

Sorry I have been away but so far its going well but the chest piece is too big and im not sure how to fix it.

That can be disappointing after putting a lot of work into something.
Do you have any pictures of you wearing it? Off the top of my head, the easiest place to take out a bit of size (mostly width) is here:
You could carefully trim this down on the sides OR
Split the whole thing in the center in a straight line and take a bit of the center out.

This is what it looks like i haven't connected the side parts because im having trouble making them stay in that position
