My first two projects with pepakura(or really any type of project like this)
Is two Army of Two masks,Salem&rios,here is my current progress on the Salem mask

In the pep stage

First coat of resin

First fiber glassing

gonna try and bondo it tonight

Nice Job so far. I tried doing the AoT masks a few times, but they always seem to bow outwards.Doesn't seem like you had that problem too much. Can't wait to see it done.

Yeah from what i have read they are really bad about that,so i made a few support braces out of card stock and it did its job pretty well,it still warped a little bit though.

Here is what i did last night and this morning

First coat of bondo

second coat of bondo and first sanding

Hopefully i can finish the bondo and sanding tomorrow

Aye man this projects looking great. Im keen to see them completed. I myself have been tempted to make these masks but never have had time. Definately keen to see how you go.

And for your pictures, i see your using photobucket? To get your photos in the thread wat i do is click the image code (the bottom of four in that little box when you scroll on a picture) and then paste that link into my post. This then posts ur image from photobucket directly into the post. Good luck man

All right,sorry its been so long since i have updated you guys but i've been busy with work and family so i haven't had time to work on my precious


But i did finally roll up my sleeves and got back to it last night,I got the bondo finished and finished with wet sanding it this morning

Here is the mask with the first coat of primer

Done!!! For now,i'm probably going to touch it up and maybe add more to the paint job later on but for now need I to get the padding inside of it and then find a spider harness for it,I'm working on the Rios helmet now.
