What is this madness?! Scratch built marine type shins, peped torso and shoulders, and rubies forearms? Dude, work on your sanding also! I dont know if its meant to be like that, or if it was just a quick/lazy build, but man..... you have a long way to go! ;=/
P.S. I know people always say "well I sanded it to look like that", but dude, it never looks proper. I just think that its a searious excuse for a lazy job. Just trying to help.....

Well, it may not be perfect, but if you ask me the left shoulder piece looks exactly like Flood skin.

Nice! Maybe you could make a smaller helmet (or combine it with the chest piece), and/or some thigh plates. A very interesting build indeed.
I love how the biceps move into the bulky forearms with the shoulder plates on the under suit, gives it a heavy-duty look.
Perhaps add some halo 2 hand plates, too.
