yep, and my strapping system is not that great. it all depends on the gut plate so its very hard to move but I'm make a new set with some hd models. so IL make a better stapping system.

I attached my gut plate directly to my undersuit via velcro. It allows me a greater range of motion

i am 6.1-6.2 1/2 and i scaled to 6.2or6.3 i forget i think i scaled the gut at 6.3 and all the rest at 6.2.oh and i got luky and got it on the first try lol. i also have a new hd helm on the way so stay tuned

I meant if you were bout my height (which you are) then could you give me the scale or formula you used?

I've already scaled 2 Mark V (Moz) helmets too big...

Heh, I actually forgot I was the one who made the pep file I've been using for the last year.

When I rebuilt my chest from steel I actually sized it down quite abit and then adjusted to the backpack to come inwards to line up. It made the fit much more natural as the Halo mark 5 suit isn't 100% anatomically correct.

I actually did it out of matteboard instead and scratch built it instead. I am actually working on my suit right now to get it ready for a photoshot so let me take some pictures movie.

(it is still converting so might not be viewable for a few minutes)

thx man !, the funny thing is i have about 100 pounds of matte board at my house (I'm not joking, my mom went out and started to buy that much from a sale ) .mmmmmm..... that gives me an idea, i can just make most of it custom with the matte board!

Thats what I did. My Pauldrons, thighs, shins, forearms belt and butplate are all scratch built from matteboard with the exception of the buttplate which was orignally matteboard but is now metal.
