Here is the spiker I built. It's made entirely out of styrofoam except for the handle wrap and the trigger of which are made out of EVA foam.

Very nice! Are they all mostly Styrofoam? your own templates or online? I myself have only done the assault rifle (I used a sliced file and EVA foam for mine) Keep these up.

Looks like you're gonna need a bigger wall lol. All of those look fantastic! And dare I ask what is wedged into the corner over there? I see it has a bayonet, and the only thing I think it might be is Lady's rocket launcher from DMC 3.

I finished my replica of the MA5K carbine. Its made out of styrofoam just like the rest of my props.

Here's my replica of the MA5K carbine from Halo: Ghosts of Onyx.

Just the rest of my props it's built completely out of styrofoam except for the barrel which is PVC pipe.

Are you using anything to seal the Styrofoam before painting? I was under the impression that spray paint can cause it to melt.

They all look amazing awesome work!

Why yes, indeed I seal it. I seal all my styrofoam props in about three to five layers of Elmer's white glue or PVA glue and apply it with a small and medium sized foam paintbrush.

So this is a bit different from what I usually post, but guess I'll share it. A while back I was working on a red death pulse rifle for my Destiny warlock cosplay. Here are the progress pictures.

Here is what the gun looks like.

The magazine reloads!

Added the bayonet and spikes. Off to paint!

Here is the finish project.

I know it doesn't look that great, but it was a rushed project for a con. This was the first time I use EVA foam with my typical styrofoam builds.

it looks great, the paint needs some detailing, my husband has an Obsidian Mind helmet he has yet to finish.

Here is some recent progress on my Halo Reach armor.

Painting the shins and knees.

Right arm finished.

Finished painting the legs and waist.
